Welcome to Reshira (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services, including purchases, shipping, returns, and all transactions conducted through our Shopify store integrated with ShipRocket logistics.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Product Information

All sarees listed, including Viscose Silk collections, are described accurately to the best of our ability. However, minor color variations may occur due to lighting and screen calibration. Handcrafted products may have natural weaving or dyeing irregularities, which are not defects.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of GST for Indian customers.

• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges payable by the buyer.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible Indian PIN codes.

• COD orders are subject to a limit of ₹18,000 and are not available for customized sarees.

3. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS through ShipRocket. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

• Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled but can be returned or replaced as per our Return Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All product images, branding, logos, and content on our website are the exclusive property of Reshira and cannot be reused without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delivery delays caused by vendor logistics, or customs-related issues for international shipments.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, India.
