Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

• Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled but can be returned or replaced as per our Return Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

• Domestic Orders: Returns accepted within 48 hours of delivery if unused and all tags are intact.

• International Orders: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt; the buyer bears reverse shipping and customs duties.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

• Non-Returnable Items: No returns are accepted for customized, altered, or sale items.

Refund Policy

• Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

• Shipping and COD charges are not refundable.

• Refunds are subject to inspection upon return receipt.
